How Does it work?
Monthly Service
Every month we will have two calls scheduled in the first week of the month.
On the first call we will evaluate the results of the previous training and talk about the strategy for the next month.
On the Second Call we will demonstrate and implement the prescription for the coming month.
In between Calls we will prepare your Training, Nutrition and Life Habits Plan and upload it to your account on the Everfit App.
According to your interest and your needs we will prescribe you the best books, tools and documents for you.

We offer a very comprehensive and personalized experience that addresses your diverse needs and challenges beyond just competitive results, physical fitness or health goals, we embed your lifestyle and Training in your God-given Path.

We use a combination of data-driven assessments, spiritual insight, client feedback, and ongoing evaluation of Goals to track progress and adjust workout plans accordingly.
At the beginning of our service we establish the tests and measurements that we will take every month.
For the Annual Clients every first month of the year we establish a planification system involving periodization principles to structure training programs into distinct phases to optimize performance gains and prevent plateaus.
Then we monitor and evaluate client progress, experiences, challenges, preferences, and goals to ensure that the workout plan is tailored.
With high level athletes we use fitness tracking apps, wearable devices, and software programs to collect data on workouts, nutrition, sleep, and other lifestyle factors that impact progress.

We are continuisly participating in workshops, seminars, conferences, online courses, and certifications to stay updated on the latest research, trends, and best practices in the Fitness and Wellness industry.
We are consistantly receiving updates in the Spirit about the Process of Ascension and how it affects the physical body.
In the context of the New Creation Fitness lab, Gabriel prepares a new presentation about important health and performance subjects every month. These tools are shared with the Personal Training Clients.

We also create a tailored lifestyle routine with specific protocols that align precisely with where you are in your walk with God and ensures that your are growing in your purpose.
